Ingredients

• Sunquick passion fruit – 3tbsp
• Flavored soda (sprite) – 200ml
• Ice cubes
• Lime – 3tsp
• Mint
• Blue colouring – A drop

Method

1. Add the Sunquick passion to the glass
2. Then add Ice
3. Then add the lime
4. Then add the soda
5. Put the lime wedges
6. Add smoothly the Blue Coloring on top with a tooth pick
7. Finally garnish with a mint leaves
