| Method Beat eggs whites very stiff add sugar little at a time continue beating. Boil gelatin, Ovaltine and ½ cup water. While warm add mixture to stiffly beaten egg whites. Beat whipping cream separately and add to same mixture. Divide mixture into two portions add Brown Colouring and essence. Pour into a deep bowl allow to set for 10 mins. Sprinkle grated chocolate and pour balance mixture over it. If preferred set and un-mould so that there will be two layers of different colours. |
